Congratulations to the 11 Legacy 2020 Graduates. (Scroll through to see all the photos.)

This has been quite a year; these students are strong, bright, and determined women. They have tried hard to be good moms and to be good students. We salute them! They will have quite the story to tell!

Teacher Appreciation

Submitted by jane.wilkins on

“Teachers plant the Seeds of Knowledge that last a lifetime!

WE LOVE OUR LEGACY TEACHERS!”

Darling yard signs mysteriously appeared at each educator’s home with a tree graphic referencing our theme this year, “We Are Tree People.” Like trees, we work together and strengthen our community. We were treated to a delicious lunch from a favorite local restaurant and given a beautiful card and gift! Our teachers love Legacy!

Entrance Beautification

Legacy School used to be located down the street at the Grant building. In 2015, we moved to the Summit Center. For five years, our entrance has been limited to an imposing set of concrete stairs. That all changed this week. Thanks to the HARD work of Mindy, Cara, Cindy, Marcy and Sue (and others), we are now graced with lovely landscaping!  Way to improve our curb appeal, Crusaders!
