The festivities began with a photo area (courtesy of Sharon Hales) provided for our students to have their pictures taken with their children. Our guest photographer, Rachel Graff, donated her time to photograph everyone. Then everyone posed for a group photo. Our next activity was story time with Mrs. Boothe. She read several short Halloween stories interspersed with literacy tips for children. Following story time was the much-awaited Trick-or-Treating through the hall to each classroom. The children were encouraged to thank each person who gave them a treat. Mrs. Boothe continued the tradition of making lunch for everyone. She made her famous Sloppy Joes, accompanied by fruit, veggies, chips and cupcakes. It was a SPOOK-tacular day!
