Legacy School Makes Good Use of School Trust Lands Money

Some fun new things are happening this year thanks to the Trust Lands Allotment received by Legacy School.  In addition to the direction of our wonderful volleyball coach, Maria Yazzie, students are excited about using the embroidery and appliqué machine in Textile Design classes.  Students are amazed at the new things that they are learning to make in Culinary Arts because of the small appliances, utensils, and pans that our Trust Lands money allowed us to purchase.  Numerous healthy lifestyle items were purchased to help students learn how to adjust their lifestyles to be healthier.  These activities also help students learn about group dynamics, team building, and leadership.
